  • Digital delivery of completed memorial videos

3. Client Responsibilities
 

3.1 Content Provision
 

  • You are responsible for providing all materials (photos, videos, music) to be included in your memorial video

  • You must ensure all provided content is in acceptable digital formats

  • You agree to provide accurate information and clear instructions for your project
     

3.2 Content Rights and Permissions
 

  • You represent that you own or have proper authorization to use all materials you provide

  • You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for copyrighted music or third-party content

  • You grant us temporary license to use provided materials solely for creating your memorial video
     

3.3 Communication
 

  • You agree to respond to our communications in a timely manner to avoid project delays

  • You will review and approve project milestones as outlined in your service agreement

     

4. Our Responsibilities

  • We will create your memorial video according to the specifications agreed upon in your order

  • We will deliver your completed video within the timeframe specified in your service agreement

  • We will maintain the confidentiality of all materials you provide
     

4.2 Quality Standards
 

  • We will use reasonable professional skill and care in creating your memorial video

  • We will provide up to 3 rounds of revisions as specified in your chosen package

  • We will deliver your video in the agreed-upon format and resolution

     

5. Payment Terms
 

5.1 Pricing and Payment
 

  • All prices are as quoted at the time of order confirmation

  • Payment schedules vary by package and will be clearly outlined in your service agreement

  • We accept debit/credit cards payments and PayPal payments
     

5.2 Refunds and Cancellations
 

  • Deposit payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • Cancellations must be made in writing

  • Refund eligibility depends on project stage at time of cancellation

  • No refunds will be provided for completed and delivered videos

     

6. Intellectual Property
 

6.1 Ownership
 

  • Upon full payment, you own the completed memorial video

  • We retain the right to use general techniques, skills, and knowledge gained

  • We do not claim ownership of materials you provide
     

6.2 Usage Rights
 

  • You may use your memorial video for personal, non-commercial purposes

  • You may share your video with family and friends

  • Commercial use or resale of our services is prohibited without written consent

  • We reserve the right to decline projects involving inappropriate content

  • We may suggest royalty-free alternatives for copyrighted material

  • We are not liable for copyright violations in materials you provide

     

10. Delivery and Acceptance
 

10.1 Delivery Method
 

  • Videos are delivered digitally via secure download link or specified method

  • Download links expire after 3 days (72 hours) unless otherwise specified
     

10.2 Acceptance
 

  • Projects are considered accepted if no feedback is provided within 24 hours of delivery

  • Acceptance constitutes acknowledgement that services have been completed satisfactorily

     

11. Revision Policy
 

  • Included revisions are specified in your chosen service package

  • Additional revisions beyond included allowance incur extra charges

  • Revision requests must be specific and provided in writing

  • Major scope changes may require additional fees and timeline adjustments

     

12. Force Majeure
 

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or other unforeseeable events.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Payment is due for work completed to date

  • All materials will be returned or securely destroyed as requested

  • No refunds will be provided for completed work

These Terms are governed by the Czech Republic and the European Union law.

  • We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns

  • Disputes will be handled through mediation before legal proceedings

  • Any legal proceedings must be brought in the Czech Republic

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
